What is a reference code?

Your reference code is a short string we generate for each deposit session. It tells our gateway which UUKOK account to credit when your Rocket payment arrives, so always copy it exactly as shown.

Why does my Rocket deposit take a minute?

After you confirm in the Rocket app, the payment travels from Rocket's server to our gateway, then our gateway notifies the lobby to update your balance. Most of that happens in thirty seconds but network delays can stretch it to a minute.

What happens if I send the wrong amount?

If you send less than the minimum, the gateway rejects the payment and Rocket refunds you. If you send more than you intended, the full amount reaches your UUKOK balance and you can withdraw the extra anytime.

Not directly—Rocket Paybill is a deposit-only channel. For withdrawals we send money back to your Rocket mobile number using a standard Rocket transfer, which you approve through the Rocket app when it arrives.
